About Me

I am an experienced curator, strategist, and producer working at the intersection of culture, art, and new technologies (XR, AI). I am passionate about exploring the future of narratives and supporting creators and institutions in realizing innovative projects in Poland and internationally. My background uniquely combines academic knowledge (MA Sociology, MA Political Science, University of Warsaw) with over 10 years of hands-on practice.

My professional journey has led through key institutions and initiatives shaping Poland’s digital culture scene. At the Adam Mickiewicz Institute (IAM), after gaining experience on large-scale international projects (like the 600th anniversary of Polish-Turkish relations), I initiated and led the Digital Cultures program and festival (2017-2020). This built an international brand and platform for Polish digital art. Through effective cultural diplomacy, Polish creators (like panGenerator at SXSW) gained visibility on major stages. I also coordinated international co-productions, such as the award-winning VR piece “Gymnasia” (2019).

At vnLab (Visual Narratives Laboratory) at the Lodz Film School, I managed the international distribution of a portfolio of XR and interactive projects, securing their presence at dozens of festivals (including IDFA DocLab, Venice Film Festival, Krakow Film Festival).

As an independent expert, I serve as a Programme Advisor for IDFA DocLab and was an Immersive Section Jury Member for the One World Festival in Prague (2025).

Currently, through my studio Monster Mind, I offer comprehensive support – from concept to execution:

  • Strategy & Programming: Creating festival concepts (e.g., the revived Digital Cultures 2024), programming event tracks (e.g., Scena Jutra 2025), developing institutional strategies.
  • Curation: Delivering digital art and XR exhibitions (e.g., MDAG Vision 2025, Mixer Festival 2024, Ground Control in Venice 2023). Selecting works and artists, ensuring meaningful context.
  • Production & Management: Managing project production (including VR, like “Channelers” developed at Biennale College Cinema Immersive 2025), securing funding, coordinating teams and international logistics.
  • Representation & Collaboration: As agent/manager for the panGenerator collective, building their international presence. I maintain a broad network within the global digital culture community.
  • Moderation & Speaking: Regularly moderating panels and discussions at industry conferences.

I possess a deep understanding of the digital culture ecosystem, blending artistic, technological, and societal perspectives. I value collaboration built on trust and open communication and embrace ambitious challenges – from complex project reviews to strategic consulting.

If your institution, company, or you as a creator are seeking an experienced partner for projects merging high artistic quality with innovative technology, I invite you to connect.
