Ground Control Exhibition
My Role: Curator / Production ManagerVenice (during 80th Venice Int. Film Festival), 09/2023
As Curator and Production Manager, I led the “Ground Control” exhibition showcasing the work of the Visual Narratives Laboratory (vnLab) from the Lodz Film School during the 80th Venice International Film Festival.
My responsibilities included securing funding (CRPK grant), developing the curatorial concept, coordinating the complex production and logistics within the demanding environment of Venice, collaborating on scenography design, and managing the promotional campaign.
Presenting innovative Polish XR projects, the exhibition was a significant success in terms of attendance and received acclaim from the international audience and audiovisual industry professionals, despite the challenging organizational context. This project demonstrated the ability to deliver high-quality cultural experiences under pressure in prestigious international settings.
