Hub for Creatives is a project aimed at the creative industry, created in collaboration with business coach Kinga Baranowska and Mazovia Institute of Culture. It serves as a response to challenges such as professional isolation and the lack of systemic support for creators. We established a platform based on recurring meetings that combine education from practitioners, networking, and hands-on workshops, fostering a community built on collaboration rather than competition.

 

Our vision was to create the missing link between individual talent and sustainable professional development. The Hub for Creatives program provides participants not only with knowledge but also with a safe space to practice, receive constructive feedback, and establish best practices within the industry. The project demonstrates that regular, supportive meetings become a driving force for action, helping creators break out of isolation and begin consciously shaping their professional environment.
